Promo Tile

The following Promo Tile was created with Generative AI. The promotion is titled Lost Treasure, and for my theme, I chose an Indiana Jones-inspired Egyptian treasure hunt. I generated a couple of landscape images in Midjourney. When I found the visual look and feel, and then re-prompted on my desired render and created a female character, background elements, and props. In Photoshop, I edited the main image of the character, replacing an arm, adding a finger, changing her shirt, and adjusting her focal direction by re-illustrating her eyes. I used Firefly to adjust the scene’s foreground. Finally, I placed the scene in the promotion template and created stylized text for the header. The turnaround time for this project was a day – from prompting to sorting to etching to editing and recomposition – and creating the header copy.

Toronto Sports Experience

Jackpot City Casino Ontario sponsors two major sporting teams. They ran a campaign where a user could win tickets to a sporting event of their choice.

In previous years, creating sporting images would require hours of searching various stock images to find poses. After this, the kits would have to be edited to remove any branding and colours/patterns changed to reflect the team you want to represent. Features would have to be edited via a technique we refer to as “Frankensteining” where you would find another stock image of an unknown person, and swap out their face/head with the face of the original. This would take hours.

Our current process uses Generative Ai, and “training” the generated figures to reflect the style, colours, poses, features, etc. This speeds up the overall process significantly.
